Taking full advantage of a Tuesday, we made a 1pm booking at The Pantry Manly. The Pantry is the ultimate #ladieswholunch location. Think beachfront tables and conversations about dominating the world through handbags and shoes over a plate of scallops in shells. Then after lunch you can wander down to Shelly Beach for a spot of tanning.

 

Laurie, Jessie and I did exactly this.

 

 

I’ve been totally obsessed with this little Backstage The Label number from the very first moment I spotted it in David Jones. It has become my go to top all summer long – because it basically ticks all the boxes (well for me). Just take a look in my wardrobe – at least 99.9% of the pieces are cool colours – I have blonde hair blue/greens eyes so I jump on anything blue. I’m curvy with a tiny waist and like to show it off with midriff tops. Plus bell sleeves are my new latest obsession (they’re fun!)

 

There were no questions as to whether or not we were ordering the scallops. Laurie had been talking about these for a good week. Scallops still in their shells served on a crisp white plate with a wedge of lemon are pretty much high up there on every #ladieswholunch list.

We all jumped on the idea of ordering the prawn salad with avocado, crispy prosciutto, asparagus goats, walnuts and citrus dressing. Changing my mind last minute to the Atlantic salmon… Can everyone really order the same thing?! 

Whilst throwing in a sneaky order of fries too #canyoublameme.
