As I write this post I am sitting in a café in London, drinking an Americano with a blank document open because I find myself continuously being pulled back to Instagram and Snapchat. It’s Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia back in Sydney – I am watching my girl gang absolutely kill it at Fashion Week, checking out the street style and falling in love with Bec and Bridge, Daniel Avakian and Manning Cartell collection glide down the runway.

It’s in this moment I wondered whether I made the right decision to jet off to London over MBFWA. The past 5 years I’ve attended – but not this year.

Rewind back a couple of months ago – when the opportunity to travel to London came up… Finding out that my travel dates clashed with MBFWA – I spend a few weeks ‘umming and ahhing’, debating whether to stay in Sydney for Fashion Week or fly out to London.

That was until I re-read one of those “don’t allow yourself to regret not travelling enough in your twenties” quotes… At that moment my unease was gone.

I caught up with Wes a few days before flying out to London. Over tasty food we chatted about what the coming weeks would bring for us, followed by shooting this brown Boohoo dress. This outfit post almost looks like I could be exploring the streets of Chelsea, which is exactly what I am off to do tomorrow.
