If you’re anything like me… You’re always on the hunt for that new bar with lust worthy interiors; photogenic cocktails all just a stones throw away from the chaos below.
I found it… Hacienda Sydney! A bar that ticks all my boxes and more.
Hacienda is inspired by the architecture of Cuba and the luxe vintage hotels in Miami during the 1950’s, with plants almost covering the entire space, creating a true botanical oasis.
Located on level two at the Pullman Quay Grand, you’re treated with panoramic views of Sydney Harbour whilst relaxing back in luxe pink armchairs checking off the rum inspired cocktail menu…. Almost sounds like a holiday!
Chatting to our waiter, we found out Hacienda is a collaboration between Applejack Hospitality group and Accor Hotels, you can see elements of each venue through Hacienda… Especially the botanical vibes from The Butler.
The menu is focused on Latin American flavours, with each dish designed to be shared amongst your group. We opted for the Yuca Fries, a healthy version of those fries we all love (I think I’d prefer to go all out and order real fries). The Pork Neck Mojo a tender and flavoursome dish that melts in your mouth and Fish Tortilla (you’ll always see me ordering these).
